Joshua's place was exactly what we needed for an overnight stop on our cross-country road trip. The fully fenced-in back yard and quiet, walkable neighborhood were perfect for getting my 9 month old german shepherd outside after a long day in the car. The house was clean, spacious, and just like the description. I'd definitely recommend booking!

This place was wonderful! Several restaurants, and Icecream shop is right on your block. Lake on one side and the small quaint town with several shops to peruse and other eateries. The house itself was a retreat!

Loved staying here. The house is adorable and well equipped, with lots of fun little details. My kids danced and danced to the vintage Billy Bass decoration on the wall. We had a wonderful time and loved the easy access to fun things on the river. The house had many fun activities on site like balls, board games, and darts.

Beautiful home! Joshua was always quick to respond & even checked up on us to make sure we were settling in fine. Very clean, spacious & beautiful home to host me & my children during Final 4 Fan Fest! Will definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!! We will book again when we visit (:

Joshua's home is very beautiful, clean, and perfect for families. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at his lovely home. All the rooms are very spacious and beatifully furnished. Joshua also is very kind and quick to respond. He is truly an amazing host.

Not only was this the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, but Josh (the host) was the best host I’ve ever had. Great guy and is very responsive whenever you need anything! I Highly recommend this spot.

All of us on the trip were impressed with and loved staying here! The place was one of the cleanest AirBnB spots that we have ever used, and everything matched up well with the descriptions, including the rooms and the hot tub. The living room space was perfect for both the adults and kids to play in, and the sofa was even comfortable enough for an adult to sleep in! The Westfield area was also great - we really loved the nearby Grand Junction beers and the Urban Vinery/Brewery. It provided easy access to the downtown Indianapolis area as well, including the awesome Children’s Museum in Indy! We would highly recommend this place, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants and night life. The lake was across the street but very visible. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place felt very homey, and we loved the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living room. It was also wonderful relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine while enjoying the peaceful river view. Josh was excellent about responding quickly to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again!
