This home was the perfect location for our stay. Nearby was a very nice market along with good places to eat. The first floor had an open floor plan, great for gathering and hanging out. The home was new and pristine clean. Accommodations were nice and comfy. We didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities but they were quite nice. Joshua was very kind and helpful. Every message I sent was answered very quickly. Should I need to return to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Interactive and professional host that makes sure your stay is everything you need it to be. Very cozy house that was well equipped and was perfect for my visit. Would definitely stay at this property or one of his others in the future.

We loved our stay! The home was spotless and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect! Would definitely stay again! Super responsive host and a seamless check-in process. The property was well-maintained. The bunk room was perfect for our stay. Plenty of towels which was nice and the hot tub was one of the biggest hot tubs I had ever seen at an AirBNB.

I had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s place. The space was exactly as pictured clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Joshua was an excellent communicator and made the check-in process incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

This was the perfect spot for our quick weekend trip to Indy for the Children’s Museum and IKEA! The location of this home made it easy for both! Joshua was super responsive and very helpful! The home was very nice and exactly why we needed!

Everything was very clean and easy to find/ use and the location wasn’t far from a number of restaurants and things to do in the area. Also really liked how the driveway in case you had multiple cars. Lots of space and comfortable. We will use again!

Josh was responsive and helpful to any qiestions we had. The place is close to downtown, and would be walkable if you're up for it! We will look for it for future trips to the area.

Amazing stay! The hot tub was a highlight and we appreciated how clean it was. Beds are comfy with soft linens and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans for our cooking needs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Joshua’s place was fantastic! My family felt right at home the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the convenient charging stations and cozy accent lighting. Joshua was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had a great stay! The house was super clean and we had no complaints or problems of any kind. Everything was exactly as described on the website and the pictures were all accurate.
